Se \u00e4ven villorna 3501 och 3502.<\/p><p>Kundens \u00f6nskan f\u00f6r detta f\u00f6rslag var att \u00e4ndra om planl\u00f6sning och utformning fr\u00e5n tidigare modell 3501. Bland annat placerades k\u00f6ket mer centralt i huset med en n\u00e4rhet till sociala delar.<\/p><p>Huskroppen \u00e4r indragen vid baksidan vilket skapar en naturlig uteplats f\u00f6r sittgrupper och sociala tillst\u00e4llningar. M\u00e5let med projektet var att f\u00e5 byggnaden att \u201dst\u00e5 ut\u201d ifr\u00e5n m\u00e4ngden men samtidigt g\u00f6ra det stilrent och tidl\u00f6st.<\/p><p>Exteri\u00f6rt applicerades en puts med vit kul\u00f6r kombinerat med en liggande tr\u00e4panel i naturlig kul\u00f6r. Svarta f\u00f6nster, utan spr\u00f6js eller foder.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
