Se \u00e4ven villorna 3501 och 3503.<\/p><p>Kundens \u00f6nskan f\u00f6r denna modell var att se en ny utformning av taket.<br \/>M\u00e5let med projektet var att f\u00e5 byggnaden att \u201dst\u00e5 ut\u201d ifr\u00e5n m\u00e4ngden men samtidigt g\u00f6ra det stilrent och tidl\u00f6st. Exteri\u00f6rt applicerades en puts med vit kul\u00f6r med svarta f\u00f6nster, utan spr\u00f6js eller foder.<\/p><p>Huskroppen \u00e4r uppdelad i tv\u00e5 delar med ett sadeltak av bandt\u00e4ckt pl\u00e5t i svart kul\u00f6r. En altan lades till vid byggnadens baksida, d\u00e4r indraget mellan de tv\u00e5 huskropparna skapade en naturlig plats f\u00f6r sittgrupper och sociala tillst\u00e4llningar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
